Tutoring For Middle and Low Income Families.
We make tutoring affordable for all children!!!
Without a full, daily schedule of school, summer provides your child the perfect opportunity to improve and reinforce his academic skills.
Your child may not be very enthusiastic about learning over the summer. But it is a good idea to encourage his progress by enrolling him in a summer tutoring program, or providing him with other ways to learn. You can be your child's tutor, or you can get him one through school or a learning center. Either way, the important thing is to keep him interested and excited about learning.
Establish a weekly schedule
Establishing and keeping a weekly tutoring schedule is very important. Each week you may give him a book to read, and two or three times a week, you can sit down together and discuss his book. You can ask him to write a brief report on the book, or keep a reading journal to write down his impressions of the book, which will also help improve his writing skills.
Is your child behind in reading, math and writing?
If your child is more than two years behind in reading at any age you should make every effort to change the picture. Our students are now well above grade level in reading and composition.
It is quite possible to rapidly advance in reading if the program is properly designed and delivered. If your early reader struggles with reading, will use a phonics-based approach.
