Point of View
Objective Point of View
With the objective point of view, the author tells what happens in the story or to the character, but never DIRECTLY says anything about what the character thinks or feels
Third Person Point of View
Here the narrator does not play a part in the action of the story. The narrator is not one of the characters, but lets the reader know what the narrator thinks about the character.
First Person Point of View
In the first person point of view, the narrator, the person telling the story, does participate in the story. In the first person, you must realize that the opinions and facts that are given by the narrator might not be the real truth as to what is really happening in the story.
Omniscient and Limited Omniscient Points of View
This is when the narrator knows everything about all the characters.
